The Leadership team is effective at communicating the company's goals, and communicates helpful ways for me to contribute to these goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is patient focused and seeks to provide the best care for patients while providing opportunities to build relationships as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recently benefits were cut such as the 401k match, and compensation is low and comparable to jobs that require less training and dedication, so a higher wage would help me feel better and more appreciated.
