This job isn't the most encouraging to stayin a corporate environment. But i am happy- there are ups and downs as there will be no matter where we are. My managers have been very understanding and that has helped my work and life issues blend more seamlessly and for that, I am very grateful.

Everyone has their own vibe and aura- no one is above or beneath under one another. Laughter is music to our souls.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The real people that we have had here for years, plus of course we get to learn so much more about one another the more time we work together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have just gotten new flooring(that isn't even finished being installed but yet already peeling up), paper towel/soap dispensers that weren't even bad. But yet I have seen employees here cry about not making enough money or not being able to afford things. A training manual,more help, and much mor
