The old employees (age wise) are far more reliable than the young and inexperienced.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Improve Communication with all staff members not just the supervisors. Involve staff (the staff that is actually going to be the ones to work or talk to the patient) of new ideas and get their imput and thoughts before actually implementing the policy, etc.
