I have had a good experience overall at this company. I think that the changes that have been made with a new supervisor has really helped the work environment. I like coming to work and working with the providers and co-workers that I have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that the environment at work provides an easy atmosphere. This environment allows for me to feel comfortable around the people that I work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part most of team works well together. We interact with each other outside of the office as well which I feel makes us have a better bond together at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team that I have now I feel is amazing. She shows that she cares about us as people and not just a number/another employee. I like that it is easy to communicate with her and that I can come to her for anything.
What makes you most happy at work?
The providers that I get to assist with make me feel happy to come to work. I feel as though they are all nice, easy to work with, and have a good relationship with staff. I also think that some of my co-workers make me happy to be at work.
