Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not make a liveable wage, I would like a liveable wage. Our medical insurance needs improvement too.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

better/more transparent communication, and please fix the break room. Free food is appreciated, but having somewhere to actually eat it is more appreciated.
