Neutral at best. I think i was blessed to end up at the location i ended at with the Dr I work under and the MA's ive had the pleasure of meeting. But the company itself is mediocre, it's very hard to feel like any corporate superiors actually care about "the little people"
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are willing to help each other out with all of our daily tasks. We do not let each other fall behind due to poor corporate planning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On top of being heavily understaffed the work that is done by the few people who have stayed is overlooked on every aspect. There is no compensation for all the work that people due for the absence of employees, and on top of that raises are difficult to come by at this company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not relying on three people to take care of a high volume clinic. The amount of patients a day is high and on top of that there is never ending paperwork always needing to be done. Maybe an extra pair of hands would allow us to not be overwhelmed and to be home at reasonable hours.
