Victra – I really do enjoy working for this company. It's just growing increasingly difficult with how we are compensated. I feel like I live paycheck to paycheck especially in this economy so it gets pretty discouraging. I work a second job and have been thinking about searching elsewhere. | Comparably

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone for the most part if very friendly and inclusive.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We collaborate very well. I am very comfortable going to my peers for support. I learn from them. They are reliable and dependable.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love the feeling at the end of the day when I have completed all of my tasks. Its nice to be able to reflect on a day of hard productive work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel as if I am compensated appropriately for the work I do. As a supervisor my commission is capped and most months, not realistically attainable. Most months it has been based on a head count that I do not have and is not adjusted for when I lose agents either to term or resignation etc.
