I came in thinking I would be getting 10% as a store manager in commission and moving expenses paid , neither happened I also don’t agree with updating a system in fourth quarter and not adjusting targets 2 systems going down I will stay positive and hope 4 change after new acquisitions r integrat

If sales managers made 10% commission and the videos could include more details about our increase in goals that doesn’t add up with
