Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Its the best company ive ever worked for. The places its taught me, the places its taken me, i never could have imagined the heights I could take it here. The most rewarding job ive ever had.

The people, being able to change lives but be proftiable while doing it.

The interaction and collaboration. It sets the tone throughout the company to define Vnation.

Everyone cares about everyones success, the relationships are life-long relationships, and creates an amazing culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is no cap, if you set the bar high for yourself you will be rewarded.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The culture, the caring, the family setting. Executives communicate with all levels of the business which is amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they engage down to their leaders, the farther you go up the less that gets naturally but especially up to the AVP's its awesome.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The relocation packages could be a lot better. 5,000 for housing assistance should be able to be translated into help for down deposit on a rental aswell especially in today's climate. With no help with movers either trying to balance the relocation and transition into the new job with the taxed 10k
