What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Pay us more instead of running crazy contests. We want stability, not excitement

Better balance workload, accountability and responsibility and ownership of goals and performance between DM/BM and the SM/GM

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

every restructure has caused our commission to decrease even when producing the same results as previous months. PAY US MORE

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

SM/GM need to be held accountable for getting rid of C players and making sure their teams follow the sales process. Reps get away with too much because their manager lets them
