Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Ever since Go was absorbed, I have genuinely had some great positive experiences. My RD Jason is great, he has a plan and wants to excuse proof all levels of business with training. He also has a heart though and understands his people and is able to give us the criticism we need in order to advance
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Jason has built a great culture that I try to continue down the ladder to my team. Everything we do is "Point Blank Period"
What are some of the best things about your team?
Jason has brought our team together of completely different people and built us into a great team. We can have genuine conversations with eachother, build eachother up and constructively criticize eachother to help us grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
Innovation and integrity being our core values. I love thinking of new ways to succeed with sales all the while ensuring that our guests are happy, wanting to come back and us building a book of business. All of this alongside performance builds our success with compensation
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of life changing money that is possible in this business is not even on the board compared to other jobs/ positions I've held. If I could hit the high striker at the fair with the hammer, all of the other jobs are on the board, but Victras would be if you hit it above the bell!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Jason Shepherd has helped me develop as a leader/ Dm by so much. He has an understanding of how the business should be run that I feel is next to none, he has shown me what it means to actually lead a team, follow up and inspect and trust my team members. I could write more but no space. Thanks JS!
