Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Good experience so far. The pay is incredible, fair PTO offered. The best would be more of a work/life balance. Id like to have a set scheduke to soend more time with my kids, and enjoy life.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, its a very anazing experience. I think as a GM, one change I'd like to see is more flexibility with the schedule. Due to certain life experiences i see my son week on and week off. Having Wed off takes time from my son that is already cut in half.

The way commission stacks with overall hourly pay.

When we are hitting our goals together. Everyone eats.

Everyone seems to care about performance. Scott especially aligns with how I feel about constant self improvement.

How personable we can be with one another in meetings. We have fun, but understand there is work to be done.

The fun we like to have with customers and each other. We stay productive and work hard to goals, but keep it fun.
