Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I think the company does an amazing job at building culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am new to the company, so I understand having to start from the bottom but I feel that after proving what I said, raises should be considered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I got is only a 2 person squad. The only good thing I have uncovered is their ability to ahow up on time. Many many many areas of opportunity
