Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. They support each other, and its a great team to be on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Phil is wonderful! The situational leadership training is impactful and should be taught amongst all managers and DMs to streamline leadership in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that a rep who grossed more money than i do as a manager, that the commission structure of a manager, for some folks doesnt seem to be a upward move. I feel that they should be paid at the same teirs as reps. We work harder than high grossing reps and should be paid as such.
