Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Since I have joined victra as a sales rep and person i have grown alot.I have set goals for myself coming into the company and I have achieved and even surpassed all of them.I wasn't sure how long I was going to be working here but now I have pursued leadership position and have recommended this job

I love tge in person trains and role practice it helps buils new skills and refine preexsisting skills

Every store i have had the pleasure to work with has a family environment and friendly but much needed competition.
