Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. The company can treat us very well and the pay can be good. I do feel a bit under appreciated without paid holidays or just extra pay for those days, specially during holiday times where we have to work so many hours

The culture is very friendly competitive, everyone hypes eachother on teams

The information that needs to be passed along has a lot of resources put into place
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
With the lack of coverage lately its been a lot of hours having to be worked and it can become a bit overwhelming and causes burnout
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The commision is definetly the big driving point for my paycheck, however it does feel a bit dissapointing accomplishing operations and other manager tasks at such a similar hourly as other workers
