Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I love the work that i do. I love helping people get paid. Upper managment can tend to micro manange even when you have a top cluster the company. That is always a battle. Love my staff. Always want to make sure they feel valued and get paid

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an MGM getting a flat $2500 for hitting 80k vs a store whose goal is 20k we get paid the same amount.
