Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. They are always looking to better the culture and grow! They never want people to feel bad about themselves or not feel comfortable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my goals are very high and sometimes It is unstable at times and it can be very defeating at times!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are happy and eager to work! They allow the coaching to impact them and grow from it! They always want to learn and grow with me! And they work with customers very well!
