Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Victra has been welcoming. The compensation is competetive across the board and we sell a product im proud of. My leadership team has been rather abscent and appearing to be currently uniterested in my development. I do still enjoy my time with Victra and am looking to keep growing!

Selling! Love seeing my team succeed as that means i succeed along side them.

I enjoy the leadership team as the people they are. Theyre nice and streight forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a small crew so everyone knows eachother rather well and is constantly looking out for eachother.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is very competetive along with a solid commissiok structure that is designed to be obtainable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy that everyone is willing to hell eachother when possible. Nobody is to good to interact with the team.
