Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. The payscale that I am on feels appropriate and my store manager is great. The problem I have with this company, at least where I am, it never feels like enough. We don't get celebrated for a huge day or month, but instead it's so better at this, do better at that, work on this...etc. it's not fun
What makes you most happy at work?
Making money for myself and family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My store manager is great. She is friendly, upbeat, but get the message across
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being on a salary only position makes me work hard for what I have and I feel properly compensated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is amazing and is always willing to work with us. Above that feels very disconnected from the actual sales people
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct manager. A lot of things above that level feels like what we are doing is never enough. We could be trending 200% to goal and instead of a great job, we get, but you're doing bad in these areas. We really need to improve.
