Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. I havent been this happy since before i opened my own cellphone authorized retailer in 2004. I went to work in the car business in 2007 and for the same dealer and wasnt appreciated. I feel i am now valued!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The consistency! And also Aldo is contantly helping me get better as a leader
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its upcapped! I am having a hard time with seeing in Vision my accurate pay plan, but Marvin in HR is helping me get it fixed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My ASM works hard and are a good team. I need to hwlp Kadyee and with the proper situational leadership, i will hopefully get her up to speed
What makes you most happy at work?
That Aldo has the confidence in me to run his blackfoot store. I love the community in blackfoot alresdy, i enjoy working with people from outside my city of pocatello
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That with being so big and vast, its amazing the same business Model is the same from store to store, whether you go to my store in SE idaho or here in Sourh gate the culture is rhe same
