Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Too early to officially state my experience but I see a ton of areas of opportunity within my market that I an excited to work to course correct. I beleive i have been given the right DM to do just that.

Everyone is relatively passionate with interesting personalities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Personality and drive of each individual is infectious.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love this industry and am passionate about driving growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has a culture that is displayed as extremey driven and exciting, but I have seen quite a bit of negativity within the company pertaining to pay and and current drivers from corporate. That being said, Im here to lock in, but this can be discouraging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission structure for a manager is great, but I beleive the base salary for a Multi Unit General Manager is not adequate. Of course I am highly incentivised to drive my commission because of who I am as a person, but better base pay will attract better talent.
