Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I like my direct supervisor. He cares about my success and helps me be my best at all levels.
What makes you most happy at work?
Winning, makes me the most happy. The next would be developing others and seeing them have those moments where they skill up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for 10 years just about, and moved through each role respectively. I've seen external candidates be brought on and be at higher salarys.
