Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Prior to the current leadership in place, I loved this company. I loved the work life balance I had. Now, I have no balance and hatred. I'm required to work 6 to 7 days a week, refused pto, and constantly belittled by a DM who values himself only.

My team and co managers are incredibly helpful, and inspiring. Our dm and bm, not so much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to the current leadership above me which in turn fails me to deliver. Multi management and 43k
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership team likes to put us down, change the rules up, issue fcads without informing us or having correcting conversations first, switch our schedules, requires us to work on our off days, and tears down our self esteems
