My team and co managers are incredibly helpful, and inspiring. Our dm and bm, not so much.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued due to the current leadership above me which in turn fails me to deliver. Multi management and 43k

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Our leadership team likes to put us down, change the rules up, issue fcads without informing us or having correcting conversations first, switch our schedules, requires us to work on our off days, and tears down our self esteems
