I was not properly made aware of the mess I was stepping into. My manager did not properly set the expectations for my pay, I dont believe he understands the compensation for my position. He does not provide the amount of support he promised. The company teaches one thing but celebrates another.

They are friendly, considerate, and helpful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have really enjoyed the trainers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need to get staffed up so I have time to do my actual job and see improvement in my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The are accessible, probably too much communication through calls and such that don't need to happen, but it is nice that they are involved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not being paid for all the work I am putting in just because my stores are not attaining their contro goals. I put in 50-55 hous every week digging these stores out of the holes they are in and get paid less that my peers. And will continue to be paid less for the foreseeable future.
