Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. From when i originally started in 2020 it was a great starting experience, the new pay structure is a hard sell to onboarding good sales reps but letting them know if they work hard and stick it out there is a great road to making good money as a rep

When i see my team happy, making money and growing as a person
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical is fair, discount on phone plan is great. PTO and sick is great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is personable and communicate great die the most part besides the few bad eggs

I grew a great relationship with my team as i grew from rep to agm to MGM
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Actively listen and are always finding ways to help with any problems or learning curves that come up
