Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I love this company as it does care about the employee but they do make things that start to contradict that . However I do love Victra a lot

They want you to work every day and no day off and not paid for that
What makes you most happy at work?
To help people grow and help them understand what is possible if they try and learn outside of their comfort zone
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are in a rebuilding stage in my district so just creating a culture as well as the new team I was placed on so not one yet. I do like the competitive performance of the company as a whole
