Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. I have loved working for victra. I feel i was more happier as a sales leader in my home town. Moving to another store has been a challange as a new store manager. Im working so hard to make this store grow.

The new Customer interaction that come in.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Positivity and work harder. Do what is ask from victra.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Heather Smith is amazing and helps me when im doubting myself. She very positive and just all around best person ever
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The sales process and the eager to make money for themselves. Listen and engage in teams. See that there is more to sales then just selling a phone. I want them to believe in themselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like i have been undervalued because i have went above and beyond for this company traveling to other stores and being store manager. I feel like $20-$22 is very fair for the time and committment I have for this company.
