Having control over my check to ensure I make enough to cover my expenses
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have worked tirelessly to create a culture of trust and companionship in my store and my coworkers are at the heart of that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I make a decent wage for sure. I do have an issue with pay dates as they dont really make sense as rent is due on the !st of every month universally and we dont get paid until the 7th
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture in my four walls as I mentioned before is about trust and companionship. I feel as the laid back trust worthy environment make the confidence of my reps grow thus making their ability to execute their role much better
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I will say my district manager is the best boss I have ever had and does everything she can to support not only me but my team. The BM and other executives I feel make changes so often with little to no warning that it creates an issue in the reps and their full understanding of the process.
