Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. I was promoted due to my ability, potential, and willingness to relocate. Since then the payment structure has changed to force a 45 hour work week, contro further obfuscated, and I haven't been compensated at all for moving. I love the company and want to change it for the better, looking forward.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I moved almost four hours and uprooted my life for a general manager promotion spending $4,000. Despite most current postings offering relocation packages and my consistent ask, I have not been compensated at all. I almost couldn't pay rent my first month (after doubling it in the move). Cheap
