Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Entire pay structure was changed and it affected pay a lot. Salary was taken away and I believe every multi unit Manger should be paid salary and compensated for gas milage and when commission changed to pay period it made it harder to reach target because of short timeframe to hit goals
