Victra – Was great at first. Feels like employees are paying the price of the company needing to watch there money more by over worked and under paid. Wouldnt recommend anyone to work here. Ive worked at another company as a sales rep made more than being a rep here and as a manager here. Quite disapointing. | Comparably

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better pay and better tools not over worked and attainable goals.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are awesome they wanna make alot of money and have fun

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Please looking into other retailers and compare base pays everyone here is underpaid on the base and unatainable targets and more work for less pay for managers

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Creating a better way to pay the general/store managers better. Changing all store managers to selling roles is understandable but you guys only targeted lower targeted stores that do 12-18 k a month with 3 reps then cut manager bonusesfrom $1750to$550 and only give us 10% on all sales. Its not enou

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Underpaid. I gotta coach, assure store is great looking, assure everyone understands goals while selling its stressful when only lower profit stores are selling because i gotta fight to sell more to even hit what i use to make. More work less pay. Also reps are underpaid other has rampup & ^ pay
