I think the compensation package is competitive to attract top talent from other brands, which ultimately brings with fresh perspectives and skillsets to help move the business forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Like any organization, there are a mix of highly engaged employees and those who are not. The frustrating part is when the high performers have to pick up the slack for underperformers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is supportive of employee growth and development. Movement within the organization especially to broaden overall knowledge of the automotive industry is seen as an asset to help best support our team and our retailer network.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has engaged, high performing talent with a strong desire to implement strategies and process to move the business forward. The challenge right now is not having enough resources (time, employees, money) to invest in moving the needle forward.
