I think it's an enjoyable place to work and I truly enjoy coming in every day. I think the company can do a better job of ensuring that employees start coming back. It is starting to hurt and impact the company's culture and communication.

It's an exciting time to be a part of the Volvo family. We are changing our products, changing the way we do business with our customers, and moving in the right direction for our future. And I'm excited to be a part of it all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're approachable, relatable, and enthusiastic about the future of Volvo.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I contribute to the company and my work is valued.

I believe our Executive team is well-balanced and a group of individuals who bring different ideas to the table, but all share the same vision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very lucky to have a small, close knit team that bounce ideas off of each other and support one another with a helping hand whenever needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work that I do. I feel my work makes an impact. The people that I work with are truly the best, and the fact that I am able to bring my dog in :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people truly make the difference. I have made great friends while being at Volvo. It becomes more of a family environment, and you know you have coworkers you can go to for all reasons - personal and professional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company seems to truly care about individuality and promoting a healthy, inclusive environment. I think we could still do a better job at hosting most social events to get to know the employees outside of work in a more personal environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a great group. We interact very well with one another, and respect each other's ideas, interests, and opinions. I enjoy that our team comes in almost everyday. We feel a sense of belonging, and do after work activities to enjoy our time outside of work as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe with the recent increase in inflation and normal things like rent and groceries, there should not be a maximum increase of 5%, because "it's policy." The organization should increase at a competitive rate, along with the rest of the industry. Healthcare Benefits can also be much better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the bonus structure being updated for next year might actually negatively impact us, as we are a very strong contributor to the overall company's profitability. I am not sure why local bonus went away. With inflation being 10%+, a 5% raise is not enough to maintain essential living expenses.
