I am proud to work at Volvo. The career path has been very satisfying. I enjoy being part of large goals. I am happy being at the office. It is a beautiful and rewarding environment. However I wish there was more flexibility to work from home more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Complimentary sales car which I have been grandfathered into.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always included which I think is very important.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All hands on deck mentality, wants all employees to be engaged
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to work during business hours, need to make time for lunch and bathroom breaks
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is not enough of a work life balance. We are 'always on' and there's no time to eat lunch during the day. Some times there's no time for a proper bathroom break. We need to set better boundaries. Managers should not be sending massive emails on the weekends.
