Our company lives our values. The public persona with Volvo Cars is exactly in line with how we act within the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Access to new Volvos at very reduced pricing! It's a perfect way to be a brand ambassador and know the product the company sells inside and out!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Volvo Cars has the best culture of anywhere I have ever worked. It's like family. We're very social, collaborative, and we take care of each other. It's a very constructive environment with little drama.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The strength in our leadership team is that all departments work together in a heavily integrated fashion. Also, there's a shared culture amongst the leadership team to always do the right thing and put people first!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my team. I'm proud of what we accomplish together and the mutual respect we have for each other. I also love that most of work crosses departments, so you get to work with a broad group of people, where you can learn a lot.
