I'm definitely very proud to be a part of the Volvo team. I find that moving up within the organization is difficult though. It's good because there isn't much turnover, however frustrating if you feel you are stuck. I love my job. I love my team. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

We all listen to what each other has to say. We assist each other as needed. We support each others ideas and want to see each other succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a company I am proud to work for. Everything they do for different communities, our clients and the world is amazing! I don't know of any other automotive manufacturer that cares as much as Volvo does.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the ability to work at my speed and create my schedule to do as much as I can in a day based on other meetings and priorities. I feel like I am valued. I feel like my manager wants me to succeed.
