Overall Volvo is the best company I have ever worked for. I plan to stay until I retire if they let me. Area for improvement: We try to do too much too fast rather than doing it right the first time. What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy investing my knowledge and experience in our younger staff. I am glad the culture here promotes healthy mentorship.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid a little less than I am worth to one of our competitors. The salary is still in the ballpark of “fair”. I would never leave Volvo over a few dollars. Volvo gives me too many other reason
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Volvo employees treat each other like family. I think it would be good if we had some programs that continue to foster this culture e.g., PTO donation program so we could all pitch in and help a colleague with an illness

Our senior leadership team is sincere and genuine. They communicate directly and openly. The transparency culture at Volvo I think is rare among large companies and is a real strength that gives us an advantage over our competition. I think most employees ?
