We need to address biases and stop allowing people to be self centered. There is no focus on interacting beyond one's immediate team
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Get better people. The people I work with are self centered and only care about themselves. No focus on being a team or talking through things or sharing ideas, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid far less than other managers in my department. The gender pay gap is not taken seriously. It is disheartening to hire someone to work for you who starts at the same pay
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Act like they care about their people. Interact, engage, accept and act on feedback, and have the desire to drive change. We get hung up on the actions, we talk a lot but do not act on the discussions
