Overall, my experience thus far has been fantastic! I get to take on new projects, work on personal development, and genuinely impact the business day to day. I am happy with the path I am on and look forward to continued growth.

enjoyable, always new projects to take on or work towards. I wish the communication between departments was more clear and that the overall layout of the company was described when you first started. Volvo is big and there are so many people to get to know, it would be great if that was encouraged
