I am relatively new but I love working here! I love adding value and I want nothing more than for this company to succeed. If budget permit, it would be nice to expand the free breakfast options (yogurt and possibly hot foods). :)

I appreciate the open and frequent communication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly and they listen to other ideas to collectively get to the right answer. I haven't experienced any "politics" yet, which is refreshing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the business casual policy and the hybrid work schedule. Free breakfast is also great, although it would be nice to have yogurt included!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people are fun to work with and the free breakfast is great! I love that people can bring their dogs, even though I don't have one.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is not any one part that makes a "best" part of the package - you need to look at the package as a whole. It has a good balance.
