Dianne Snedaker

Ms. Dianne Snedaker serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of First Republic Bank and is responsible for all marketing, branding and communications for the Bank and its wealth management entities. Ms. Snedaker served as a Founder and General Partner at Wingspring. She joined Wingspring, following a long career in the world of strategic marketing and communications bringing her substantial business-building and operational experience to new and evolving enterprises. A 25-year business veteran, Ms. Snedaker moved into her own consulting business in 1998 and worked with Chief Executive Officers and investors to bring strategic marketing and operational experience to Internet start-ups and companies in the midst of substantial change. She was the former President of Ketchum Advertising in San Francisco. Providing strategic counsel to a broad range of Fortune 500 companies, Ms. Snedaker built a strong reputation for branding and positioning before expanding into the world of interactive media and technology. In 1995, she co-founded Ketchum Interactive. Identified as one of the Bay Area's leading businesswomen by the San Francisco press, Ms. Snedaker served as the Chairman of the Young President Organization (Golden Gate Chapter) and an Advisor to the UC Davis Graduate School of Business. Dianne currently serves on the boards of Homeward Bound of Marin and Pacific Specialty Insurance Company. She was recently named an Alumna of Distinction by her undergraduate alma mater, University of Florida and holds a graduate degree from Northwestern University.

What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

Those who respond with a score of 9 to 10 are known as Promoters, and are widely associated with behaviors that create value, including actively encouraging others to use the product or service. Those who respond with a score of 7 or 8 are categorized as Passives, and they are believed to be less likely to exhibit the value-creation traits of Promoters having a largely neutral effect on other consumers. Detractors are those who fall in the score range of 0 to 6 and represent dissatisfied customers of the product sometimes actively recommending against using the product.
