The average Sales associate gets ran through by bizarre management demands. Without a doubt only work here if you have an incredibly flexible life (they don't work with time off very well). Be prepared to almost never see an adequate wage increase as they use the argument minimum wage increase helps
Don't care about the employees. Not great pay. No longer on commission. Corporate employees never spent any time in stores and are clueless.
I have never experienced a worse store encounter. The few people in attendence were totally uinterested, incompetent and useless and even-embarassing. It is no wonder you are going out of business!!
