It's ok for a non long term job.
I have worked here for a few years now and I feel like in general I have been treated well. The benefits and compensation plans keep decreasing making it financially a little more difficult but the benefits package is good.

At first it was a place where I could learn from each day with the various tasks & customers; once I decided I was going to go back to school & not ask for the formal wear manager position & a new FOM was hired on, my store manager saw me as lazy & said "you have no plans for your life," sums it up.
Since the founder was fire by greedy corporate shareholders the company has gone down hill and the people that destroyed the company are trying to bring it back with same business plans that destroyed it.
