stock purchase options at a discount are help a lot with long term security

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid is currently under market average. We got no stock for non-US employees which is a big gap compare to other MNCs

Teams create room for diversity of thought and skillsets. It's great to see it come together in collaboration, and data-driven decisionmaking.

Effective, efficient, direct, no BS

The interviewers were very respectful, and the recruiter was extremely responsible in terms of updating me on the hiring process and answering in a timely manner

It was an unfortunate process due to the extraneous internal factors, most likely it would have been an easier process for others.
