This is the job I wish I had 20 years ago. I'm just sorry that it has only come to me later in my career. I love it and am very proud of my company.

Very approachable and also empathetic. There are no 'ivory towers' at simPRO!

Flex4 and lunch provided daily in the Brisbane office by our amazing chef!

Small but mighty. Possibly understaffed, but everyone mucks in and does the job to the absolute best of their ability.

Everyone is keen to get involved and have punched above their weight in terms of their workload - until more recently when more people have been added to the department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Executive are always looking for new ways/policies to benefit employees. The other thing, is we like to have fun (one of our company values) and don't take things too seriously.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very forward thinking leadership team. Always coming up with new ideas to make life better for employees and offer benefits. Also a very, very approachable Executive. Not unusual to see the CEO having a game of table tennis with one of the employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are so many amazing benefits to working at simPRO, but the Flex4 Work Week is probably the best and the one that is the hardest to put a true value on. Working 4 days but being paid for 5 days, is a dream come true.
