Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have a non disclosure salary policy, this means I have co workers newer in to the company doing less work but earning more income for it. I am happy, but it stings anyway
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a close team that works hard but also plays hard. We are one team across the board and always ready to help eachother improve. In short, we care for each member of the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our can do attitude and the fact that any company member will offer a helping hand when asked. I really like how we always emphasise recruiting likeminded people for our company and how we all push forward towar the same goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and honest in their communications. They are all approachable as coworker and individuals and they will never issue an order they are not willing to fulfill themselves. They all showed to me I can count on them in the job and outside of it.
