Overall I love simPRO, best place I have ever worked. However there are some things I have seen or experienced that I would say are negative or even toxic. Communication, strategy execution, leadership and collaboration at middle manager levels could be greatly improved in many teams and culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable and openness from CEO and P&C. Had very little to do with others. All friendly in passing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving goals, seeing things come to fruition. Helping a team member solve a challenge or learn something new. Growing and learning or solving problems.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It varies extensively team by team but the positive ones are focussed on growth, advancement, supporting and encouraging their staff, collaboration etc. The company does offer interteam hiring and opportunities with I love.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not primarily motivated by money, I would really like to have formal professional development and training opportunities offered eg study an MBA or Adult Learning Cert. While I am happy with my salary it is up to 30K below other companies for the same role and location.
