We are all pulling in the same direction and everyone is open to always improving.

What makes you most happy at work?

Feeling like my contribution is valued, important and actually has an effect on our customers and colleagues every single day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary is moderately competitive (though nothing outstanding) but perks feel driven towards acquiring new hires rather than retaining existing team members. Things are improving, but it's been a slow process.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

One of the core values at simPRO is 'we care' and that is something I see every day. How the individuals in the business support each other is refreshing and rewarding.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They operate a flat organization. While the leadership team has to lead, they are open, approachable and easy to communicate with. They value all ideas and opinions and work hard to move the company in the right direction.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The teams at simPRO are amazing at fostering cooperative and creative approaches to the ever-evolving challenges faced in this sector. They are a fun mostly young organisation with a flexibility and agility that make it exciting to be a part of.
