The culture and people are fantastic, and are what makes working at simPRO so great! The struggle is handling the rapid growth/ change. And although career advancement does happen, the pathways and onboarding to new roles needs more support/ training.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to solve a difficult problem for a customer, and getting word from them that I've saved the day!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Openness to a discussion about all things (even when it's a critique/area of improvement). Everyone is approachable, and no one considers themselves better than others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always able to relate to them on both a personal and professional level. And have a lot of fun doing it! We all get each other's humor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages are a little below the average for the role in this state. Also, it doesn't seem to take into account the technicality/ difficulty of the position as it is more demanding than your average job.
